Update RustDesk URL and strip MSI switches to silent-only
...
Both eStudio install scripts now point at the new
files.scoutitsystems.com hosted MSI and pass only /i and /qn to
msiexec. Removed /norestart, verbose logging, and the
CREATEDESKTOPSHORTCUTS/INSTALLPRINTER properties so the MSI runs
with its own defaults.
